JAN ARNE OLSEN (Jan)

Jan Arne Olsen came to Thailand on holiday from Norway for the first time in 1998 where hemeets his wife for the past 22 years. He has worked his whole life with people and have several degrees in Psychology and other aspects of human behaviour. After years of helping other people find their way in life, he decided to pursue his own. After first building his own villa, he and his partner goes on to buildtheir first condominium project, Siam Ocean View in Pratumnakin 2007. The condo was a huge success and was moved in to in 2009. After several encouragements from costumers, they started a second project in 2012, Siam Royal Ocean View with similar success and the owners moved in 2014. www.siamroyalhill.com There is a third Project ready to be launched, but it was held back because of the pandemic, it will be launched as soon as time permits. With Blue House we have manage to collect all our expertise under the same umbrella, which makes it easier to help our costumer with all their needs.

Rognvaldur Thorkelsson (ROKKY)

Rongnvaldur Thorkelsson came to Thailand for the first time in 2005 on a well-deserved holiday from his successful business of 18 outlet bakeries with over 150 staffs in Island. He fell in love with the country and spent more and mor time here. He invested a lot in different projects around Pattaya with great success. Then he and his partner built a Luxury Villa project at Maphrasan lake Siam Riverside Villas. After spending more and mor time here with his wife that he met in 2014, and their young daughter he sells his business in Island and settles in Thailand. Although we are going to use Rocky’s experience in the real estate marked to guide our customers, we have also convinced him and his wife to open a small coffee shop and bakery in connection to the office so the costumers can have a good cup of coffee and homemade delight, when we sit down and talk about watt we can do for you. You are of-course more than welcome to just visit us for a cup of coffee, sweets and drinks with your friends.

Piyawat Piyaakararin (Arm)

Arm is our legal representative. He came into Jan’s life when Jan met his wife and Arm was 6 years old and he became Jan’s son.Arm is engaged to Nong Moo who is our office manager and accountant.

Arm is 29 years old and got his Business diploma from Saint John Mary International School in 2011, he went on to join the lawyer’s program at Assumption University from 2011 where he graduated Bachelor of Laws in 2016. He has worked for a major law office in Bangkok before he came to work for us. He has a lot of experience in Dispute Resolution, Corporate and Commercial law, Legal Research, Draft Review and Revise in commercial contracts of various business areas, Company Registration, Translating Legal Documents, Writing motion, petition and submitting to a court, Prepare a legal paper to submit the Court, Check compliance law & regulation for a client’s business, Draft legal advice for the client, Conduct legal research for various of law, Liaising with government offices, Purchase and Sale agreements for all kinds of real estate, Visa and Work permit.  Whatever legal question or help you may need Arm will finda solution for you.
